MAKE TRIBE, a series of seasonal crafting workshops, strives to promote and foster creative communities. Each expert-led event is centered on learning a new skill or making a craft. From curated cocktails to thoughtful decor, every detail is considered—and none is too slight. All supplies, sips and snacks provided—just bring your curious spirit.
Lindsay is an East Coast-based lifestyle portrait photographer. Through her travels and explorations Lindsay has discovered that both wanderlust and the desire to nest at home occupy equal parts of her heart. Regardless of location, Lindsay finds unfailing inspiration in the unique bonds that bring people together and the passion that propels people forward.
Jessica is the fashion editor for Girls' Life magazine. Focusing on producing and styling editorial shoots that are directional yet approachable, Jessica is constantly gathering visual inspiration, soaking up everything from street style blogs to quarterly journals. Jessica is a huge proponent of the Made in America movement and is equally passionate about knitting, traveling, camping and gardening.
Each gathering is an opportunity to make, sip and chat with fellow creatives. We strive on bringing locals together with hand-picked partners to help maker culture bloom in our own backyard. Our workshops range from topics such as bitters making to floral arranging, butchery to bookbinding. Events vary in size from 30 to 50, and the location changes depending on the craft. No matter the concept, all supplies and tools (and cocktails) will be provided and included in your ticket price for a very hands-on experience.
Our twice-monthly knitters’ meetup is held every other Sunday from 5-7pm at Artifact Coffee in Baltimore. Join us to stitch, sip and chat. This event is completely free—all levels welcome!
An intimate setting and a group of 6 to 10 is the perfect recipe for our MAKE TRIBE mini events. From coffee cupping to a craft cocktail class, each guest at our mini pop-ups will get more individualized teaching from our talented maker partners.
